A year in review
01 Dec 2020

Unquestionably, 2020 was a year like no other. As we look forward to 2021 and signs of a hopeful return to normality, we can look back, reflect and learn from the challenges this year has brought. The year has been a struggle for many, as our industry had no choice but to swiftly adapt to a daunting new world.

However, now is the time to applaud you, our network of skincare professionals, for your resilience, hard work and determination in the face of unprecedented challenges. We also thank the iiaa team, who have persevered with product launches and initiatives to support our stockists adapting a ‘new normal’.

As we reflect on 12 moments from a year many would rather forget, these unwanted challenges have proved that the creativity, passion, knowledge and dedication of our network should not be underestimated. Looking ahead, we hope 2021 allows our network your deserved opportunity to shine.
