Sarah Patterson, Head Therapist at jane iredale stockist The Ocean Club, was keen to boost sales and so she gladly took up the offer of help from iiaa account management specialist Stacey Havenhand.
With Stacey’s helpful support, training and knowledge, The Ocean Club went from retailing £200 in a typical month, to achieving £1,200 in retail sales in one month!
Stacey’s approach epitomises the bespoke support service offered by iiaa, working with salons to grow sales. She said:“I sit down with salon owners to discuss what the business is currently achieving and where they would like to grow with the brand. Then I put together a business plan, with ideas of how to cross promote the brands. We do mini training sessions with the team and discuss new launches and promotions.”

Stacey set up retail targets for our therapists, which made them work that little bit harder to confirm a sale. We now have two future meetings with Stacey to go over some product knowledge and current trends.”
