New Head of Service Excellence

We have appointed Gareth Durbridge into a newly created role of Head of Service Excellence. This role will further support our customers and provide the highest quality response.

Gareth joins us after many years as Customer Loyalty Manager at Harrods, an organisation that is known for its unprecedented level of standards and expertise. 

Gareth will be responsible for ensuring that the current culture of excellence and customer care is accelerated to new fields of business opportunity as well as championing the customer ethos throughout every aspect of our business.
